The web version of the game is now v1.9, likely being my last update for this game. (Windows and Mac builds stay as the old v1.8 jam version) The following were added:
Copy/ paste/ highlight functionality for text, using CTRL-C, CTRL-V
Drag and overlay tabs with mouse
No major content changes but added a notepad with additional hints and tidbits, with small rearrangements in design
I played your game all the way to the end and it's actually a pretty interesting concept, playing as this private investigator going through people's calls/social media or whatever without them knowing. Made me feel like a stalker or smthn. I was a bit lost at what to do at some points in the game but I remained patient and eventually figured everything out. Pretty good game. I definitely feel like this can be expanded upon and turned into a fully fleshed-out game. Good job.
I've been afraid that the game might be a little too hard to figure out at first so I added pop-ups in response to that. I've had a lot of ideas for the game which faced limitations being a jam game, and I might work on it if the response from the jam is good.
